Delivery Information
Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered, so please check each product detail page.
For pre-ordered items, delivery will be made after the release date.
*For products whose shipping date is not specified on the product detail page, if you pay by credit card, we will ship within approximately 2 weeks after confirming your order. If you pay by convenience store payment, we will ship within approximately 2 weeks after confirming your payment.
*This is for "shipping" and not "arrival," so the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and transportation conditions.
*If you order items with different estimated shipping dates at the same time, all items will be shipped together according to the latest estimated shipping date.
*For goods sold at concerts and events, shipping may take more than 2 weeks depending on stock availability.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Temporary out of stock
・Delivery impossible due to force majeure such as weather
・Production delays
・Incomplete order or payment due to incorrect charges, etc.
・Shipping operations temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or long weekends
After your order has been shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information; please check it.
Clicking the [View Order] button in the email will take you to a page where the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" are listed.
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site, where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in from [My Page] and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant [Order History].
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify a shipping carrier.
*We cannot accommodate specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts, etc.
*Orders for delivery to a shipping carrier's office, post office, or convenience store are not accepted.
We cannot combine or split shipments after an order has been placed.
Items ordered at the same time will be shipped together once all items are available. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.
Domestic shipping within Japan
Uniform rate nationwide
Standard shipping: 990 yen (tax included) / Okinawa only 2,200 yen (tax included)
Nekopos: 450 yen (tax included)
*Even for "Nekopos eligible items," if the total weight exceeds the limit due to multiple purchases, it will be delivered by courier service and you will not be able to choose Nekopos.
International shipping
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check on the payment page.
*Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
Customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) may be incurred upon receipt if the package arrives in the destination country/region/state.
*Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated in the destination country/region/state.
*Customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice left by the shipping carrier to receive your item.
If the item is not received within the storage period, it will be returned to カネコ商店 / Kaneko Shouten.
Please contact us using the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
If 2 months have passed since the return, the order will be cancelled.
*Refunds due to cancellation will generally not be issued.
*The round-trip shipping costs for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
*If you repeatedly refuse receipt, are absent for an extended period, or request re-shipment due to customer convenience, your use of our service may be restricted. Please ensure you receive your items.
