■ Cancellation
No returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer will be accepted after completion of the purchase.
Also, no refunds will be issued for any payments already received. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

■ Defective Items
If the delivered item is defective or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Items will not be accepted for replacement if you contact us after 7 days from the date of receipt, so please be sure to inspect the item upon delivery.
If defective merchandise is delivered to you, it will be replaced with non-defective merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns.
No replacement will be made unless the item is defective, or a wrong item has been delivered.
